Success stories

  • Project AU651: A8

    Developed in collaboration with AUDI’s toolmaking department in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm, this project involved the creation of an aluminium body using an innovative combination of riveting and bonding techniques.

  • Project AU316: Q3

    Included the basic order and the integration of the version for the North American market, in cooperation with the AUDI tool construction department in Ingolstadt and ATB Audi-Tooling-Barcelona. In addition, work was carried out on the Chinese variant together with the AUDI team in Ingolstadt.

  • BMW I20 Project: iX

    The process started with the dismantling of doors after returning the painted body to the body-in-white section. Subsequently, CFRP reinforcements were installed on the sides and rear, using two-component adhesive. After the assembly of the doors, the vehicle advanced to the final assembly line, where the rear side panel was fixed with a bolt-on system. The initial capacity of 15 JPH was increased to 20 JPH in an optimisation project.
