Success stories

SANTA BÁRBARA SISTEMAS (GENERAL DYNAMICS):

  • Aluminium barge sub-assemblies for the “DARDO-VCI” Project.
  • Aluminium internal elements for the “PANDUR II” project.

NAVANTIA (indirectly through a subcontractor):

  • Aluminium ramps for frigate watertight doors.

FSW (FRICTION STIR WELDING ):

  • Development of our own technology in this field, where a very high quality weld is achieved. The material (aluminium or lead) does not melt, remaining in a semi-solid state during the process. This minimises deformations, resulting in a weld with a much higher quality than traditional methods (TIG and MIG).
