Asturias Hub Defence consolidates its commitment to national industry with an outstanding presence at FEINDEF 2025
Madrid, from 12 to 14 May 2025
Asturias Hub Defensa has successfully completed its participation in the International Defence and Security Fair (FEINDEF 2025), held at IFEMA Madrid from 12 to 14 May. This event of reference for the sector at national and international level has served as a showcase for the capabilities of the Asturian industry and as a stage for the formalisation of an important strategic alliance.
During the fair, which brought together the main players in the defence and security sector, Asturias Hub Defence not only promoted the technological and industrial potential of its associated companies, but also strengthened its network of contacts and explored new opportunities for collaboration. The Hub ‘ s presence at this forum underlines Asturias ‘ commitment to the development of a key sector for industrial sovereignty and innovation.

Highlights:
One of the central moments was the celebration of the ” AsturiasDay ” on Tuesday 13 May. During this day, Extremadura’s adhesion to the Alianza Estratégica del Corredor Industrial Ruta de la Plata was formalised, an initiative promoted by Asturias to foster collaboration between the regions of this axis in the defence industry.
In addition, within the framework of this day, the Asturias Defence Hub signed a collaboration agreement with AESMIDE (Association of Contracting Companies with Public Administrations ). This alliance is designed to generate a 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝘆 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼 , strengthening the position of our companies and promoting joint actions that benefit the entire Asturian defence ecosystem.
