INFORMATION
At ITEMAT we specialise in the manufacture of components and complete equipment with high demands and complex finishes. We have a large fleet of machinery, from machining centres, lathes and large 5-axis milling machines, but we also have waterjet cutting machines, heat treatment and boilermaking and assembly sections. We have extensive quality control equipment, including lasers, scanners and 3D equipment, and we have all the necessary certifications. We can manufacture individual components as well as complete turnkey plants and equipment, including engineering and design. We have a long history of working for the defence sector, with which we have been working systematically since 2015, both for General Dynamics European Land System and directly for General Dynamics Land System Canada. We are currently approved for the manufacture of all SV series floors, sidewalls and plate flanges as well as various other components.

Mechanical manufacturing: – Large boilermaking and welding facilities with approved workshops – 5-axis machining, with machining centres and large bridge milling machines – Waterjet cutting facilities up to 3000×8000 – Hardness heat treatments in vertical furnaces Assembly: – Very high precision component adjustments and mirror finishes – Assemblies of all types of components. Verification and quality control: – 3D verification including scanners and laser tracker.
