Asturias Hub Defence visited SICUR 2026, the International Security Exhibition held a9> held from 24 to 27 February at IFEMA Madrid, a hub for a leading event in innovation in security and emergencies.

Technology from Asturias for missions in the fields of emergency response and defence
In addition, at the stand of the Military Emergency Unit (UME), visitors were able to see first-hand the “Asturcón” unmanned multi-purpose vehicle , developed by SVMAC Ingeniería Sistemas y Vehículos, a partner company of the Hub. This system represents one of the most advanced applications of Asturian industrial expertise in critical emergency support and defence missions.
