Asturias Hub Defence strengthens its capabilities with the incorporation of Inmolsa and Preon Technologies
Asturias Hub Defence announces the incorporation of two new Asturian companies to its growing ecosystem: Inmolsa (Ingeniería para Moldes y Maquinaria Ligera S.A.) and Preon Technologies SL. These additions reinforce the value chain of the hub, providing new capabilities.
The arrival of Inmolsa and Preon Technologies underlines the dynamism of the Asturian industrial fabric and its commitment to cutting-edge technology.
- Inmolsa: Based in Gijón, Inmolsa has a solid track record in the design, manufacture and marketing of moulds, industrial dies, machinery and capital goods. Its specialisation in precision machining and its experience in sectors such as the automotive, food and pharmaceutical industries open up new avenues for collaboration and development of robust components and systems for the defence industry.
- Preon Technologies: Also located in Gijón, Preon Technologies manufactures electronic components, develops embedded software and firmware with cybersecurity, and offers advanced IT services. Its expertise in PCB design and prototyping is key to the hub in the development of intelligent systems, secure communications and technological solutions for defence.
With these new memberships, Asturias Hub Defence continues its mission to integrate and enhance the capabilities of Asturian industry, promoting synergies between large tractor companies, innovative SMEs and knowledge centres, to respond to the current and future challenges of the defence sector.
