The Ministry of Defence has published Resolution 300/38194/2025, whereby a9> selects the projects considered to be of interest a18> for the Defence within the Programme COINCIDENT 2025, one of the most relevant strategic instruments for incorporating a33> technologies civilian to the military sphere.
This programme, active since 1985, has as its objective to identify, co-finance and develop innovative technological solutions capable of responding to real needs capable of responding to real or emerging needs of the Armed Forces, promoting collaboration between companies, centres technological, universities and the fabric industrial Spanish.
Participation Asturian in COINCIDENTE 2025
Asturias is once again on the national map of defence innovation thanks to the presence of two Hub partner entities whose projects have been officially selected by the Ministry of Defence:
1. DBV Services
Proposal selected: NAVISENSE
- Topic: Solutions for navigation, positioning and synchronisation in environments with degradation GNSS (PNT – COINCIDENT 2025).
- Title: Navigation Autonomous Via Inference and Sensorisation Sequential based on Artificial Intelligence.
- Type: Project submitted in solitary.
2. FOUNDATION IDONIAL
Proposal selected: SALVUS
- Topic: Medical response in combat of high intensity (MEDCOMB – COINCIDENT 2025).
- Title: Autonomous Platform for Medical Response in Areas of a11> Combat Based on Technologies Robotics and Systems Digital.
- Type: Project developed in consortium with ARPA SAU, COMITAS TELESALUD SA and ESCRIBANO Mechanical & Engineering.
COINCIDENT 2025: a catalyst for the industry of Asturias
The COINCIDENTE programme, regulated by Order DEF/294/2025, promotes the incorporation of innovative technologies through R&D contracts co-financed by the Ministry of Defence, which can cover up to 80% of the budget, depending on the type of entity and the strategic interest of the project.
The technological lines of the 2025 call focused on areas such as:
- Navigation advanced and resilient,
- Loitering munitions,
- Medical response in combat,
- Emerging technologies applicable to defence systems.
The presence of DBV Services and IDONIAL at this edition confirms the growth, strength and technology transfer capacity of the Asturian defence ecosystem.
